Day of Giving 2025

The ZTA Foundation is excited to celebrate our sisterhood and honor our Founders with the sixth annual Day of Giving on Wednesday, Oct. 15!

Day of Giving will officially kick off at 9 a.m. ET on Oct. 15.

GET INVOLVED WITH DAY OF GIVING!

Become a Day of Giving Sponsor

This optional level of participation is open to everyone. We share information about sponsorship opportunities so every sister has the chance to participate if they choose.

If you are interested in participating as a sponsor, please contact Chief Development Officer Erin Hartley at erin-hartley@zetataualpha.org or (317) 333-0058 before Oct. 1.

Sisterhood Circles

Available Oct. 8-15, a Sisterhood Circle allows you to join forces with as many sisters as you’d like to make undesignated donations to the Foundation.

Is there a group of Zetas who are special to you? Consider starting a Sisterhood Circle to work together to make a difference! This could be sisters from your new member class, everyone in your collegiate or alumnae chapter, Zetas from your state, women who serve in a specific officer role, scholarship recipients, Leadership Consultants—the possibilities are endless!

An email will be sent on the morning of Oct. 8, 2025, to remind you that the donation site is open so you can get to work on a Sisterhood Circle.

Submit your Throwback Photos

As we celebrate Day of Giving and Founders' Day, we want to see your favorite ZTA memories! This year, we’re asking sisters to send in photos of their favorite ZTA moments. Your photos may be used as part of the national campaign!

HOW YOUR DONATIONS ADD UP

The mission of the Foundation to support our collegiate and alumnae members through essential programming and scholarship assistance. Our mission is more relevant today than ever. Your gift to the Foundation allows us to continue to support our chapters and to be flexible to meet needs as they arise.

All gifts made on the Day of Giving are undesignated. Undesignated giving allows the Foundation to direct the funds to the most current and essential educational programming needs of our chapters and the financial needs of our members in the 2025-2026 academic year.

For the 2025-2026 academic year, your donations funded:

  • More than $1.5 million in scholarships to almost 500 recipients

During the last academic year, your donations also helped:

  • Thousands of members attend ZTA leadership academies
  • 17 Leadership Consultants complete 450 of visits with 170 collegiate chapters
  • Bring Lifelong Learning programs to collegiate chapters

Your gift will also help us continue to Think Pink and support breast cancer education and awareness, not just in October, but throughout the year. Your donations support our partnerships and have a direct impact on women in communities across the U.S.

  • At Convention 2024, the ZTA Foundation granted $1.25 million to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to fund two research projects using mammography data and artificial intelligence, as well as funding general prevention projects. That's on top of a $500,000 donation to BCRF in 2022.
  • Through our partnership with the American Cancer Society, ZTA is the National Survivor/Thriver Ambassador of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer®. At every Making Strides walk held in communities across the country, Zetas provide assistance with survivor and thriver recognition.
  • As the official fan outreach partner of the National Football League, ZTA alumnae and collegiate members have worked with all 32 NFL teams to spread the message of breast cancer awareness to more than 10 million football fans across the country.
  • ZTA members have distributed more than 25 million ZTA Think Pink® ribbons to generate breast cancer awareness, support breast cancer survivors and honor those who have lost their lives to the disease.
